Last year, iQOO launched the iQOO 11 series, and the devices have become successful, especially in the Indian market. Now, the brand is working on its upcoming phone series, the iQOO 12 as the successor to the iQOO 11 series. Although the company doesn’t give any details about the expected devices, the camera specifications of the iQOO 12 series leaked. Here are the details about the cameras of the iQOO 12 series…
iQOO 12 series will feature 64-megapixel telephoto camera
According to Digital Chat Station, a reliable tipster, the upcoming smartphones will have a 50-megapixel OV50H OIS main camera, a 50-megapixel JN1 ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 64-megapixel OV64B OIS 3X telephoto camera on the back. Additionally, the iQOO 12‘s new 50-megapixel OV50H sensor is expected to compete with IMX966/IMX9xx sensors.
When we look at the earlier reports, we can see that the iQOO 12 will likely be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which is expected to launch in a few weeks. If these rumors become true, the upcoming phones will be one of the first devices to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
Also, the iQOO 12 series is rumored to have a 16GB of RAM, 512GB or 1TB of storage, 100W fast charging support, and 2K 144Hz AMOLED screen. Since there are no official details about the devices, we need to wait for a few weeks more for the official announcements.
